Her association with the life in Armed forces for the last 30 years has made her a disciplined and meticulous person. Her trans country travel and living has made her familiar with the diversity of our nation and the different demographic demands specific to each area and state. Such practical knowledge gained was synergized to the optimum which resulted in the formulation of a curriculum for the commerce students there by providing technical knowledge, hands-on training and also making them market ready. She was associated with Skill India program from the year 2016-2018.
